Please take a moment to go over our catering package. Keep in mind a few things:

All catered events are scheduled for 3 hours.

Parties less than 70 guests are set in private areas of Pier One.

Parties over 70 guests are entitled to a private room, and are scheduled for 4 hours.

There is no charge for room set up.

If desired, parties over 70 guests can be set up with a dance floor, D.J. and/or band area.
Cocktail hour will add 1 hour to your affair.
Venetian table will add 1/2 hour to your affair.

Terms & Conditions

Parties that exceed the ending time on the contract will be charged $8.00 per person for every guest, every half hour there after.

If any parties fall below 30 persons, the party will only be offered the regular dining room menu and is considered an ala carte party and charged accordingly to dining room menu prices.

Any party with a paid guarantee of 70 or more guests is entitled to a private room.

With a private room site fees, room setup fees and Matri D fees are waived.

Our private room holds up to 240 guests with a dance floor and 280 without a dance floor.

The Guest may adjust the Final Count until 7 days in advance.

The food and beverage prices are guaranteed with a signed contact.

No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted into our establishment by a guest or any one else without the permission from Pier One Management!

A deposit of 20% is necessary on all space that is booked on a definite basis, due upon signing the contract to confirm the event. It can be paid by cash, personal or business check or major credit card.

An additional 60% is due no later than one week prior to your event The remaining balance will be due the day of your affair, but prior to the start of your event. Any incremental cost or bar tab incurred during the actual event can be guaranteed with a credit card or paid in cash. In order to be eligible for a tax exempt status, you must submit YOUR TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATE prior to your affair.

Guests will conduct their function in an orderly manner and with full compliance of the rules of Pier One Bayville, and with all applicability, ordinances & regulations.

Should you cancel after 72 hours of booking and prior to your event, all monies paid will be forfeited.

Guests will not affix or permit anything to be affixed to the walls, floors, ceiling, furniture, fixtures or any other Pier One Bayville property unless approval is given by the management of Pier One Bayville. In the event any forgoing is done with out the management's authorization, the cost of any repair and/or replacement will be paid for by the guest.

The total charges plus state and local sales tax of 8.5% can either be paid by certified check, major credit card, or cash. There will be an added 18% service charge; this must only be paid in cash.

One week prior to function, the caterer must be notified by customers as to the EXACT number of guests.

It is understood that the price is based on the menu, the day, the date and time, the month, and the amount of guests.

If the attendance falls below the guaranteed number of guests, the customer will be charged for the guaranteed number of guests.
In the event of bad weather, the Pier will, of course, reschedule the affair to the next available date.
